Overview:

Ferrous sulfate is an inorganic substance with the chemical formula FeS04. It is a white powder with no odor. Its crystalline hydrate is a heptahydrate at room temperature, commonly known as "green vitriol". It is a light green crystal that weathers in dry air and oxidizes to brown basic ferrous sulfate in humid air. It becomes a tetrahydrate at 56.6°C and a monohydrate at 65°C. Ferrous sulfate is soluble in water.

Product Use:
